Frenchman's Reserve is a luxury golf course community being built in 2001 in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens. This exclusive 423-acre gated country club community of single family and custom homes will build out at approximately 444 residences. The entrance will be manned 24 hours and almost every home site will have views of the community's golf course, lakes or preserve. The architectural theme throughout this community continues the rich traditions of the Mediterranean Revival. Planned community amenities include: 18 hole Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, an elaborate two story Grande Clubhouse proposed at 42,000 square feet, designed in traditional old World style with arched walkways, s-cap roofs, and pastel stucco exterior, this will also include a golf pro shop, main dining room, grille room and lounge, multi purpose room, library, board room, card / TV rooms, and locker rooms. Frenchman's Reserve will
be the area's newest upscale private golf community. The 6,700 plus or
minus yard par 72 Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course with multiple tees
will be challenging to golfers of all handicaps and will allow each
player to select his or her own degree of difficulty. Large subtle
greens and fairways lined with sable palms and tall pines will create
the dramatic backdrop for a naturally landscaped course, encompassing
natural preserve areas. As part of this setting, golfers will enjoy the
outdoor beauty for which south Florida is renowned. The course will
reflect Arnold Palmer's traditional straightforward design that produces

game and are sensitive to the land and the environment. There will be
two halfway stations and a driving range and putting/chipping greens.
Country Club Memberships at Frenchman's Reserve will be private,
offering social, Sports and Golf Equity memberships (with unlimited use
of facilities) to residents. Equity memberships will be limited in
number, not to exceed 349. Residents will be required to purchase, at a
minimum, a non-equity Social Membership. Toll Brothers will build one
and two story estate homes with Mediterranean influenced architecture.
Residences will feature grand entrances and foyers, soaring ceilings,
oversized family rooms and living areas, gourmet kitchens, elegant
